The interior is very nice and classy, ​​really successful. The food was really delicious, I've never had such a juicy mince steak and the Greek fig ice cream - a dream! Now we come to the prices ... Zaiziki (3 larger blobs on one plate) I personally think 6 euros is too much. 4 euros would be enough. Overall, the starters are a bit overpriced, the main courses are okay. The Christos platter has gyros and minced steak on it, plus french fries. Unfortunately, all without a spoon of zaiziki or something “fresh” so that it “slips” better. So pretty much - I'll say - dry mass. That's a bit of a shame, and a little bit of zaiziki is part of the gyros. All in all a nice restaurant with a great ambience, but you also notice that there is a strong focus on profit and then you don't feel 100% at home anymore.

I had been there several times in the evening and at noon. The food was great and the service staff was very friendly. I can unreservedly recommend the Ariston for business meals during lunch breaks as well as for family celebrations.

Very good price / performance level. Spacious rooms, unfortunately without air conditioning. Everything was very clean except for the minibar. This already started verdigris. Polite staff, excellent restaurant (be careful! Side salads are charged extra! This is not common anywhere else). The breakfast buffet is not that good, but okay. Fairly clear and little choice. But you get full. You can generally recommend the hotel and restaurant.

Food delicious. Drinks, desserts and starters based on the size overpriced. You can pay 20 € for a good main course, but too much is asked for a small starter. The staff were friendly so far, but you weren't noticed in between, so you could have reordered drinks and it took forever to pay, because the staff somehow discussed quite often (whatever). Toilets clean, but not signposted.

We have eaten here twice now. Anyone who rates the service or the food with only one star has definitely not eaten here, because such ratings are inexplicable. The restaurant is located in the middle of Oberlahnstein and is really very stylish - not a Greek off the rack. The whole restaurant has a lot of "style" - even the toilets are eye-catchers. The service staff is very friendly and attentive and the food is really great! Sure, he's a Greek, they are always a bit more expensive, but the price was really justified for what was on offer. Even filled grape leaves, which you can get in almost every Greek restaurant in varying quality, are an absolute highlight here. The portions may not look super big at first glance, but they definitely are, as you quickly realize (as a good eater, I couldn't manage everything). We sat outside in the garden, which is really well prepared. It is on a street, but that is by no means annoying. It was a really nice stay and it will definitely be our new "regular Greek".

We ate there yesterday and actually very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and the portions were decent. However, we were very shocked when we paid! The side salads were charged separately. We were only asked in advance whether coleslaw or farmer's salad. Not a word was we told that these are charged separately and at what price! There is nothing on the menu in this regard. That can, should and must not be!

We like to go to the Syrtaki in Koblenz, also because of the wonderful ambience, but the parking situation there is very bad. Since the Ariston opened a few weeks ago and it is practically the Syrtaki only under a different name in Lahnstein, we went to eat there today. You definitely get a lot better parking space. The ambience is wonderful, just like in Koblenz. It is simply furnished in a stylish Greek style. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. My friend had boukies and farmer's salad as a starter, and we shared tzatziki and baguette. The main course for my friend was the Nefeli platter (liver, gyros, suflaki with tomato rice) and for me there was Galos Tiganaki (corn and turkey breast fillet with herb sauce, mushrooms and French fries). Actually no dessert was planned, but since we had to wait over 20 minutes for the bill (it was a lot to do), we were apologized for the long waiting time and as compensation there was a small dessert combination for us, consisting of Greek yogurt , once with walnuts and honey and once with caramelized carrots and two mouse au chocolat variants in white and dark. The dessert was delicious too. We will come back in any case!

The renovation has definitely succeeded. Very attractive and modern atmosphere. The food and the service were wonderful.
